This is a 12-month, intensive lifestyle intervention.  We will meet weekly, then bi-weekly, then monthly for the next year.  The goal is to delay or prevent the onset of Type 2 Diabetes.  Total cost is $600.00, but can be paid in monthly installments of $50.00 (May be reimbursable by some insurances).  Click here for the installment plan.

This is a 7-week, intensive lifestyle intervention.  Each week we will discuss one of the 7 Life Skills for Diabetes promoted by the American Association of Diabetes Educators.  The goal is to delay or prevent the complications of Type 2 Diabetes.  Total cost is $350 but can be paid in weekly installments of $50.00 (May be reimbursable by some insurances).  Click here for the installment plan.
